Cheryl has a track record of advancement and achievement in the financial services industry having worked most notably with State Street Bank, MetLife, and Citizens Bank. Her corporate career culminated in her role as the SVP HR Director for Blue Hills Bank, a publicly traded company. She has expertise coaching leaders within the financial services, non-profit, consumer goods, energy, and health care industries. She Is also an Executive Coach Partner of MIT’s Sloan School of Management in support of their Executive MBA and Sloan Fellows MBA Programs.
