Executive Coaching
Due to the trust and relationship building element of executive coaching, I recommend coaching engagements of at least 6 months. My engagements include actionable milestones and metrics to measure success. Fixed fee is based on leadership level within the organization.

New Leader Success Accelerator
This program provides a safe space for new leader to design their 90-day plan and activities to establish their personal leadership brand. It is designed for new hire leaders and/or leaders who have been elevated to a senior level status within the organization.
Enhanced Effectiveness
Inclusive Team Dynamics
This program can be customized; base program uses results from Qualtrics team effectiveness survey to generate list of opportunities for team enhancement. Can also include use of Clifton Strengths Finder or Globe Smart Inclusive Behaviors Inventory to provide additional context to enhance inclusive team collaboration.

Her corporate career culminated in her role as the SVP HR Director for Blue Hills Bank, a publicly traded company. She has expertise coaching leaders within the financial services, non-profit, consumer goods, energy, and health care industries. She Is also an Executive Coach Partner of MIT’s Sloan School of Management in support of their Executive MBA and Sloan Fellows MBA Programs.
