Mindful Leader Development Program

This field-tested program has been delivered globally to over 800 leaders by the founder of the Mindful Leader Academy, JJ O’Riordan. Achievementor LLC is an approved U.S provider and facilitator of this program.

With over 25+ years of experience leading strategic, talent development and cultural initiatives, Cheryl’s professional passion is most closely aligned with her role as an accountability partner and trusted advisor to C-Suite visionaries and high impact leadership talent. As an internal strategic partner, her most notable achievements included the development of unique succession and experiential learning opportunities for emerging leaders. She has also developed a comprehensive approach to leverage team member talents and perspectives to inspire innovation, engagement, and to harness the power of team dynamics.

Cheryl’s compassionate coaching approach creates a safe space for her clients to explore ‘out of the box’ options to achieve next level outcomes. Cheryl has a track record of advancement and achievement in the financial services industry having worked most notably with State Street Bank, MetLife, and Citizens Bank. Her corporate career culminated in her role as the SVP HR Director for Blue Hills Bank, a publicly traded company. She has expertise coaching leaders within the financial services, non-profit, consumer goods, energy, and health care industries. She Is also an Executive Coach Partner of MIT’s Sloan School of Management in support of their Executive MBA and Sloan Fellows MBA Programs.

She received the distinction of SPHR from the HR Certification Institute in 2005 and became a charter recipient of the SHRM SCP Certification in 2016. She is also a Certified Executive Coach, acquired via her studies with the Center for Executive Coaching in 2019. She’s a design thinking disciple, and a life-long student of human behavior and organizational effectiveness.
