Throughout my career, I’ve designed and delivered a variety of cultural, leadership, and team effectiveness-based programs. After years of in-house coaching, facilitation, and HR strategy, the stars aligned to afford me the opportunity to strike out on my own and to work with leaders and professionals from a broad array of industries, as a consultant and executive coach.

As a former ‘HR insider’, I know the impact that cultural context can have on your professional brand and ability to effectively navigate your organization. In my work as a consultant/executive coach, I’ve experienced the gift resulting from sharing insights in my authentic voice, both as a woman and a professional of color. It is my intention, to help others to realize this freedom to share insights, achieve established objectives, and to lead in a way that feels authentic.
